Full Schedule of Events

Friday September 19
7:00am: Breakfast in Dining Room.
​
8:00am: Keith Brown Memorial Golf Tournament, Independence Golf Course, Gonzales, TX
​
12:00pm:

• Brisket Cooking - Anyone desiring long cooking hours on briskets may begin. Prior to cooking, register with Cook Off Chairman, at RV Park.
• Homecoming Registration begins at Noon in front of the Pavilion or in the R.V. Park.
• First Lady and Sweetheart Booths Open
• 1st Lady Lunch; Dining Room.
• Blue Bell ice cream by Cottage.

3:00pm: TECSI Board Meeting - Assembly Hall

4:30pm: Homecoming Registration closes

5:00pm: Booths close

6:00pm: Friday Night Potluck and Hot Dogs Poolside - More Details to Come!

TECSI Store Open All Day - to purchase certificates, make contributions and purchase TECSI t-shirts and pins.

Saturday September 21
7:00: Breakfast served in the Dining Room, generous donations accepted!
 
7:00am: Cook Off officially begins for pinto beans, BBQ & chili in the R.V. Park.

8:30am:​ Welcome & Flag Raising Ceremony - Pavilion

9:00am: Showmanship Judging for all Cook Off Teams
 
9:00am:

• Sweetheart Tables, Games, Arts & Crafts Sales, Silent Auctions, Raffles - Pavilion
•  1st Lady’s Booth - open all day!

 
10:30am-12:30pm: Cake/Spirit Walk - Pavilion
  
11:30am: Hamburgers - Pam’s Cook Tent.
 
12:30pm-2:00pm: Cake/Spirit Walk resumes – Pavilion
 
1:00pm:

• Guided Tour of Facility. Meet in fish room next to Archives Room.
• Introductions of State & District Sweethearts, Grand Lodge Dignitaries and PGER’s

2:00pm: All Raffles, Silent Auctions and Booths Close & winners 

3:00pm: Live Auction of Sweetheart Items-Pavilion
 
6:00pm: Presentation of Trophies & Ribbons

Where to stay? Accommodations, RV Park, Hotels

All rooms in the building have been reserved, the cost to stay in the building is $10 per night per person, we have a waiting list, if you wish to be added to the waiting list please send a request vis email to [email protected]. The RV Spaces are first come first served, the cost is $20 per night, RVs must be occupied, leaving RVs unattended is not permitted.
