General Information

Registration begins January 1, 2022!
Camp applications will be online this year!
It is very important that we have all the information to best serve your child's needs. Online applications will make gathering information more efficient.

Shot records must be complete and up to date.
Part of the application must be completed and signed by a licensed medical examiner.
A current photo of your camper will be required.

Each camp session is one week. Campers arrive at Texas Elks Camp on Sunday at the assigned times and leave on Friday evening after our awards ceremony. Parents are encouraged to be at camp by 5 pm on Fridays for the awards ceremony. We make every effort to accommodate requested camp sessions, parents and guardians will be notified about the session your camper will be attending as soon as possible.

Meals

Texas Elks Camp provides campers with three meals per day, and an evening snack. We accommodate special dietary needs.

Mail

Campers are given time the first two days to write home to parents. Parents are encouraged to write during camp. Phone calls are prohibited, except in the case of an emergency.

Medication

All prescription medications brought will be dispensed only in accordance with written doctor's orders. Campers should only bring the meds needed for the week.
